There sure is! Based on our experience, after the first treatment homeowners see an approximate 80% reduction in mosquitoes.That number increases to 90-95% after the second treatment. The few mosquitoes that still exist around the property after treatment are due to the occasional mosquitoes that enter  from afar. Properties that are adjacent to other treated properties will see an even greater reduction.

Regarding ticks, after the first treatment, approximately 95% of homeowners do not encounter any ticks. After the second treatment, that number increases to 98%.

Our technicians treat the property with a product that kills both mosquitoes and ticks on contact. Most mosquitoes and ticks will live or land in the near vicinity before approaching anyone. Standing water, such as collected rain water, must be treated or removed. By specifically targeting treatment in the areas they breed, habitat, and land, the mosquitoes and ticks are eliminated before they can cause any harm.

Yes. All our products are approved by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and are completely safe for human exposure. Before approaching the treated area, one should wait approximately 15-20 min to allow the product to dry.

We recommend treating every 21 days for optimal effectiveness. After this time, exposure to the sun causes the product to degrade, weakening  the protective barrier around your yard. Under typical conditions, once the product is dry, it can resist rain and other elements for the duration  of the  21 days.

Yes. Another added benefit of treating your property for mosquitoes and ticks, is that it helps reduce other bugs such as flies, gnats, and chiggers. However, this specific treatment is most effective on ticks and mosquitoes.
